Important: Our services do not replace in-person medical consultations. We recommend continued care and regular check-ins with your primary healthcare provider.

Information provided through Bright360, including assessments and communications with clinicians, is for support and guidance only. It does not constitute a full diagnostic or treatment plan unless explicitly stated. Always consult a qualified medical professional regarding any medical concerns or treatment decisions.
3A. Mental Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer
While Bright360’s services aim to support individuals in understanding ADHD, they are not intended to address acute mental health crises or emotional distress. If you are feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or under significant pressure, please seek immediate support from a qualified mental health professional.
Online ADHD assessments are not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, or crisis intervention services.

5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to:

Bright360 is not liable for any consequences arising from omitted or inaccurate information provided by the user.
6. Medication Policy
Bright360 provides access to ADHD medication prescribed by licensed clinicians following a thorough clinical assessment. Medication may only be prescribed when deemed clinically appropriate by our healthcare professionals, in line with Irish medical regulations and best practice guidelines.
Key points regarding our medication policy:

Clinical Review Required: Medication will only be prescribed after a full diagnostic assessment by a qualified psychiatrist or prescribing clinician.

Ongoing Monitoring: Continued prescriptions are subject to regular follow-up assessments and clinical reviews to ensure medication remains appropriate and effective.

Controlled Substances: ADHD medications are often classified as controlled substances and are prescribed with caution. Misuse or diversion of these medications is illegal and poses serious health risks.

Dispensing: Prescriptions will be sent electronically to a designated pharmacy. In some cases, physical scripts or identity verification may be required by law.

7. Medication Use Responsibility
By accepting a prescription from Bright360, you agree to the following:

To inform us of any other medications you are taking, or any significant medical history that may interact with ADHD medication.

To store your medication securely and out of reach of others.
Bright360 reserves the right to discontinue prescribing if there is evidence of non-compliance, misuse, or if it is no longer clinically appropriate to continue treatment.
Misuse of prescribed medication is a criminal offence and may result in legal consequences and immediate termination of services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright360 and its associated healthcare professionals are not liable for any:

Incidental or consequential damages,

Claims resulting from the use or misuse of our services.
9. No Guarantee of Outcome
We make no guarantees regarding individual outcomes. Results of assessments and responses to treatment can vary widely based on personal circumstances.
10. User Responsibilities

Respect the integrity of our systems and services.

Not impersonate others or provide false information.
11. Age and Capacity to Consent
You must be:

All content on the Bright360 website—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the intellectual property of Bright360 or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

14. Amendments to Terms
