Secure your assessment and begin your clinical intake process.

You will sent your ADHD form questionnaire via email and digital link. 

Before Your Video Consultation (€500)

This payment confirms your appointment with our specialist consultant.

Your consultation will proceed only after this payment is completed. A video call will be coordinated through our patient management system.

Diagnosis & Report (€499)

Following your assessment, the final balance is payable before your diagnosis outcome and full written report are released. Your consultant will discuss treatment plans, medical interventions, and next steps.

If you have any communication barriers (e.g., hearing impairment, language needs, learning difficulties, ADHD-related processing difficulties, etc.) that we can assist with during your appointment, please outline these under “Reason for Visit.” If none apply, please state:

While we respect your decision not to inform your GP about your consultation, the clinician reserves the right to contact your GP if they believe it is in your best interests or there is a safety concern. You will be informed of any such decision during or after the consultation.
