2. Eligibility
To use Bright 360 services you must:
- Reside in the Republic of Ireland
- Provide accurate medical and personal information
- Complete all required questionnaires before the appointment
Bright 360 provides ADHD assessments for:
- Adults (18 years and over)
- Children and adolescents aged 6–17, which must be arranged by a parent or legal guardian
For patients under the age of 18:
- A parent or legal guardian must register the patient and provide consent for the assessment.
- A parent or guardian may be required to attend part or all of the consultation.
- Assessments are conducted by specialist Child and Adolescent clinicians.
- As part of the diagnostic process, a questionnaire may be sent to the child’s teacher or school to gather additional information about the child’s behaviour and functioning in an educational setting.
Bright 360 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if required forms, questionnaires, parental consent documentation, or requested collateral information are not completed in advance.
3. Not an Emergency or Crisis Service
Bright 360 is not an emergency or crisis mental health service.
If you are experiencing:
- Active suicidal thoughts
- A mental health crisis
- Immediate risk to yourself or others
You must contact:
- Your GP
- Samaritans Ireland – 116 123
- Emergency Services – 999 or 112
4. Assessment Outcomes
A diagnosis of ADHD is based on clinical judgement and diagnostic criteria.
Bright 360 cannot guarantee:
- A diagnosis of ADHD
- Access to medication
- Acceptance of the assessment by third parties
Some organisations (such as schools, universities, or employers) may have their own requirements for ADHD assessments.
5. Medication
If ADHD is diagnosed, medication may be discussed.
However:
- Medication is not guaranteed
- Prescribing decisions are made solely at the clinician’s discretion
- Additional assessments may be required before prescribing
6. GP Communication
Bright 360 encourages communication with your General Practitioner (GP) to support safe and coordinated care.
With your consent:
- A summary of your assessment may be shared with your GP.
In certain circumstances involving patient safety, the clinician may contact your GP even without prior consent.
7. Fees and Payment
The fee for a Bright 360 ADHD assessment is payable in full prior to the appointment.
Fees cover:
- Clinical review of submitted information
- The assessment consultation
- Preparation of clinical documentation
Fees are not dependent on the outcome of the assessment.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
- More than 48 hours notice → appointment may be rescheduled without charge
- Less than 48 hours notice → fee may be forfeited
- Failure to attend (no-show) → no refund
Bright 360 may reschedule appointments due to clinician availability or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and truthful information
- Completing questionnaires before the assessment
- Attending the appointment in a private and appropriate environment
- Ensuring a stable internet connection
If inaccurate or misleading information is provided, this may affect the validity of the assessment.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Bright 360 complies with GDPR and Irish data protection laws.
Your information will be used only for:
- Clinical care
- Administration of your assessment
- Legal and regulatory requirements

11. Limitations of Service
Bright 360 provides assessment services only.
We do not provide:
- Emergency psychiatric services
- Intensive mental health treatment
- Long-term psychiatric care
Patients requiring additional support may be advised to consult their GP or other healthcare providers.
12. Agreement
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
- You consent to participate in an online ADHD assessment
- You understand the nature and limitations of the service
